Business Development Manager/Field Sales

Circa £40-45,000 basic+ exceptional earnings potential and benefits package +car allowance*

·Rapidly growing UK wide firm of Chartered Accountants*

·You will be a dynamic Sales Manager with solid Sales experience (top 20 Accounting Firm or Business Consultancy) and consistent track record of achieving targets. Particular requirement of working with CEOs/CFOs of Medium-large sized companies and developing business with senior Finance professionals. A background in Accountancy or selling into Accountants would be great

·Role - Sales Manager

·Leads supplied through team of 3 telemarketing Managers in the UK , 12 lead overseas generating staff and your own initiative

·Reaching established targets £300K direct new revenue

· Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.

· Managing the Sales Administration staff to ensure proper on-boarding of clients

· Developing sales strategies and setting new targets

· Management of CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics), implement CRM to its full capability, ensure all BD staff are following correct procedures.

· Drive internal weekly calls and compile/analyse sales figures

· Collect customer feedback and market research, Keep up to date with products and competitors

· Demonstrate knowledge and present products,Initial meetings with potential accounting insolvency firm acquisitions

· Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

· Increasing business opportunities through new routes to market
