Purchase Ledger Supervisor
£30,000 per annum
25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays
Hours & Location
9-5pm – 1hr lunch
Office based – Cardiff Head office
18 month maternity cover role
An exciting role with a well-established South Wales based business. The Company sells products not services.
Job Role
To enter material purchase invoices on to Ledger
To enter Overhead invoices on to Ledger
Both these equate to about 500 per week
Checking supplier statements
Deal with supplier queries both:
Invoice / delivery / price queries
Payment / status of account queries
Adhoc work
Take customer credit cards
Answer office phone
Scan photocopy and file role related documents
Manage and run Purchase Ledger
Experience
You must have 2 years relevant purchase ledger experience.

Good interpersonal skills
You must have substantial commercial office environment experience
Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger or similar role
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office/365
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Accuracy is essential in all aspects of the position and you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in your previous roles.
The company sells products not services and is growing quickly.
The experienced Purchase Ledger Supervisor requires excellent written and telephone communication skills and strong Purchase Ledger experience
Travel to work from Cardiff, Barry, Caerphilly, Newport, Pentwyn, Pontypridd.
25 days holidays per year + Bank Holidays. Excellent Benefits package, free parking
