Exceptional opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join this progressive organisation. Automotive manufacturing industry experience would be an advantage. The salary will reflect your experience. You might be a Senior Quality Engineer wanting career development. You must have experience of working in Manufacturing industry and have a stable career history

You will oversee the company’s Quality Management system

Manage day to day Quality issues and department operations

Identify, manage and perform ISO system Audits

Take ownership and implementation of product and process Audits

Review quality corrective actions using 8-D reports to establish final closure

Extensive liaison with Customers and Suppliers

You will compile key performance indicators for Quality and drive improvement programmes

Improving and maintaining all quality management systems

Develop and implement Quality management strategy and plans, including systems to support, contribute and integrate within the organisation's annual business plan and long term strategy

The Quality Manager will ideally degree qualified with experience gained in the Automotive or a related industry

Six Sigma experience would be ideal

This position may suit a Senior Quality Engineer who is wanting to develop their career

Travel to work from Abergavenny, Swansea, Merthyr, Cwmbran, Ebbw Vale, Caerphilly, Newport, Blackwood, Hereford, Bridgend, Cardiff

Salary: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
